Overview

Governance programmes frequently stall because they try to do too much, too quickly. This session focuses on how to build a realistic, prioritised roadmap that delivers value incrementally while building momentum and credibility.

Participants learn how to sequence governance capabilities, select pilot areas and balance quick wins with longer-term foundations. The emphasis is on pragmatism, learning and adaptability rather than big-bang implementations.
