Together, they share a belief in clarity, capability and community.
Below is a recap of the themes shaping our work and the direction we are building toward.
Matt’s first episode accounts for 21 percent of all listens. This shows the appetite for real stories about digital transformation and the human side of change.
Season two is already underway. This time the focus is on the Solve pillar and the organisations who are helping their customers solve real problems with clarity and purpose.
The format is simple. No selling. No pressure. Just a supportive space where charities can learn from people who want to help.
Recent sessions have included:
- Digital marketing with Melanie Wynn and Carolina McIlroy
- Live coding and AI fundamentals with Robin Miller
- A follow up session on building a product from scratch
The result is a community where charities can ask questions, access guidance and build confidence in areas that often feel out of reach.
Mentoring has also emerged as a natural extension of the Charter. Several charities have requested one to one support, and the network has already begun stepping forward.
The OMNIADIGITAL ecosystem has expanded significantly this quarter. We have welcomed new business partners including Rebel Hive, Patient Mind and Classification Guru.
Each partner brings deep expertise and a shared commitment to helping organisations move forward with clarity.
We have also welcomed new associates. Dr Heather Wade, Tina Salvage, Katy Gooblar and Emma Corbett have already contributed to client projects across data governance, AI advisory, behavioural insight and delivery.
Their work has strengthened the three pillars that define OMNIADIGITAL.
Optimise
Health checks, reviews and a growing training programme delivered with partners.
Transform
Data and AI advisory, governance frameworks and AI enablement.
Solve
Product development, including a new wellness app now in build.
Welcoming Luke to the Team
This quarter also marks the arrival of Luke, who joins OMNIADIGITAL as a software developer.
He has already made a strong impact, contributing to the build of a wellness app for one of our clients and bringing fresh energy to the team.
Luke will be joining us at Data Decoded to meet partners and collaborators across the digital and data community.
The announcement that Lucy has moved from contractor to permanent Chief of Staff.
This reflects the trust, ambition and shared belief that sits at the heart of OMNIADIGITAL. It also signals the next phase of growth as the company builds out its core team.
Looking Ahead
The next quarter is already shaping up to be significant. We are preparing for Data Decoded, developing a new product with a partner organisation and planning a major moment in November that we will share soon.
The theme that runs through everything is community. Whether it is charities learning together, partners collaborating on client work or the internal team growing with intention, OMNIADIGITAL is building something grounded in trust and shaped by people who want to make a difference.
The momentum is real. The work is meaningful. And this is only the beginning.
