Without monitoring, data quality degrades silently over time. This session focuses on how to design effective data quality monitoring and reporting aligned to Gate 3: Assessment and Gate 8: Communication.

Participants learn how to select the right metrics, design dashboards and alerts, and communicate quality status in a way that supports decision-making and accountability.
