This session shows how to move from “we need a data strategy” to a concrete roadmap. It focuses on vision, current state assessment and how to prioritise initiatives against business outcomes and constraints.

We walk through a simple but robust approach you can reuse internally to align leaders, shape investment decisions and avoid roadmap bloat.
