Governance initiatives often struggle to demonstrate progress and value, leading to waning executive support. This session focuses on how to measure governance success in a way that is meaningful, credible and aligned to business outcomes.

Participants learn how to define governance KPIs, use maturity models effectively, and communicate progress clearly to senior stakeholders. The emphasis is on insight and decision support, not vanity metrics.
