Overview

Many governance tools are implemented successfully from a technical perspective but fail to deliver value because they remain largely empty or outdated. Population of metadata, rules and artefacts is consistently the hardest part of governance tooling.

This session focuses on how to populate governance tools pragmatically and sustainably. Participants learn how to balance automation and manual effort, prioritise what matters most, and design operating processes that keep content current over time.
